Quick answer
- Save the exact item and option, not just a product photo.
- Keep the product payment and international freight budget separate.
- Use warehouse photos and live terms before making the next decision.
A useful spreadsheet should leave you with a small number of identifiable items and a clear next step. If you finish browsing with only screenshots, you still have to work out which seller, option and price you meant to choose.
This guide uses a simple order note to keep those details together. The note and checklists are our suggested workflow, rather than instructions from a seller.
Start with one item
The name “JoyaGoo Spreadsheet” is used for both shared tables and product directories. On this site, the category cards open our category guides; product links open the full catalog in a new tab. Our product pictures are listing images, not warehouse photographs of an order you have placed.
Choose the category closest to your intended purchase. Keep two or three options open and compare one product type at a time. A clear shortlist is more useful than saving every appealing image.
For each option, record:
- The full detail-page URL and any original marketplace item ID shown there.
- Seller or shop, where identifiable.
- Exact colour, size, version and quantity.
- Current source-currency price and the date you saw it.
- One unresolved question that would change your decision.
Keep the buying stages separate
The ordering workflow starts with submitting an original product link, selecting options and paying for goods plus domestic delivery. Warehouse inspection follows seller delivery; international parcel submission and freight payment come later.
That sequence is a useful map, but your current order screen controls the available actions. Obtain the original seller link or the exact buying option from the full listing. A guide or category URL is not an original seller item link.
Before the first payment, compare the option in your note with the option selected in the order form. A similar title or the same cover photo is not enough if the seller offers several versions.
Make a budget before you commit
The dollar estimates on this site are comparison references. They are not a promise about the platform’s conversion rate, final stock or delivered price.
Distinguish the shopping-agent service from goods, domestic delivery, international freight and possible additional charges.
Make separate lines in your budget for the item, local delivery, any services you choose, international freight and destination charges where applicable. Leave an unknown figure marked “not quoted”; treating it as zero makes the apparent total misleading.
Use a reusable order note
Copy this editorial template into your own notes. Keep order references and personal information private.
Item and original link:
Seller / item ID:
Colour, size, version and quantity:
Price, currency and date checked:
Measurements or compatibility still needed:
Packaging preference:
Shipping estimate and what it includes:
Next decision: proceed / ask a question / skip.
When warehouse evidence becomes available, compare it with the saved option. Record a missing view or measurement before deciding what to do next. If the information still does not resolve your concern, ask through the order’s support channel rather than assuming a general spreadsheet recommendation answers it.
Common questions
Waiting for several purchases? Keep a separate warehouse deadline checklist so the oldest item does not get overlooked while you review newer arrivals.
Does a spreadsheet listing mean an item has been tested?
No. A listing is a starting point for research. Our directory does not establish authenticity, seller reliability, function or stock for a particular purchase.
Should I start with a large haul?
Start with a manageable shortlist and a budget you can explain. Adding more items before understanding measurements and parcel charges creates more unresolved decisions, even if the individual prices look attractive.
