Quick answer
- Item storage, return eligibility and parcel payment are different deadlines.
- Record the earliest deadline before waiting for another purchase.
- Storage-extension pages list different terms; confirm the live price, unit and new expiry.
Waiting for several purchases to arrive can make a parcel easier to plan. It also creates several dates to track. One newly arrived item does not tell you how long your oldest item can remain in storage.
Start with the deadlines displayed in your account, then use this guide to organise the next decision.
Separate the item clock from the parcel clock
The published storage terms describe 90 days of free item storage beginning when the status becomes Stored. They separately describe 30 days for a submitted parcel awaiting freight payment. This information was reviewed on 22 October 2026; it is not a promise that every account situation receives a new allowance.
Those terms also describe possible disposal when storage expires without shipment, payment or communication. Contact support before the displayed deadline if you cannot complete the next step. Do not assume that sending a message automatically grants an extension.
Keep returns on a separate reminder
The return policy describes a much shorter eligibility window after QC completion for qualifying orders. Storage availability is not permission to postpone checking the photos.
Our suggested order of work is to review QC and measurements first, resolve any return question, then plan which accepted items should ship together. See the returns guide for the information to preserve.
Confirm extension terms in the account
Published extension descriptions differ: CNY 10 for 30 days appears alongside USD 1.50 per product ID per month, with an application period between days 60 and 90 and a six-month maximum in the latter description. We have not resolved whether these descriptions refer to the same currently available option.
Do not silently convert the currencies and treat the figures as interchangeable. Ask which items the charge covers, when the extension begins and what expiry date will appear after payment. Confirm the live amount before authorising it.
Make a deadline sheet for your haul
This is our editorial worksheet, not an official account screen:
| Record | What to save |
|---|---|
| Item ID | The exact stored order and selected option |
| Storage | Displayed start and expiry dates |
| Return | Current eligibility or the outcome of a request |
| Other purchases | Which arrivals you are waiting for |
| Proposed parcel | Included item IDs and unresolved route restrictions |
| Next action | Pay, request an extension, ship or ask support |
Sort by the earliest expiry, not by purchase price. If a date is unclear, save a screenshot and ask which time zone and deadline apply. Set an earlier personal reminder so you have time to resolve a problem.
Compare waiting with shipping now
Our suggested decision is to compare the confirmed extension charge with a current eligible shipping quote. Waiting is useful only if the planned parcel remains possible and affordable. Read the consolidation checklist before assuming all stored items can share a route.
The shipping-fee calculation stage may also include a separate payment instruction. Follow the current notice for that stage; a general storage allowance should not be treated as permission to ignore a payment request.
Suggested support message:
Please confirm the storage expiry for item IDs [IDs], whether they are eligible for an extension, the total charge and currency, and the new expiry after payment. My parcel is [not submitted / awaiting payment]. Does a separate payment deadline apply?
