Quick answer
- A warehouse return and a problem after international delivery need different processes.
- Check the order's return window before removing tags or packaging.
- Published refund descriptions differ; ask which destination applies to your transaction.
An item that looks wrong in warehouse photos needs a different response from a parcel that arrives damaged at your home. Start by identifying where the item is now. Keep the original order and the evidence together before requesting a return or replacement.
This guide separates published service descriptions from our suggested checklist. It does not promise that a seller will accept a particular return.
Check the warehouse return window first
The published return terms describe a five-day, 120-hour request window after QC completion for eligible orders. Seller conditions and the item’s state also matter. Exclusions include customised goods and products whose packaging, tags or accessories were removed at the buyer’s request.
Read the return option on your exact order promptly. A long warehouse storage period does not extend return eligibility. Do not wait for the rest of a haul to arrive before checking a problem you can already see.
Keep a small evidence file
Our suggested return checklist is:
- Save the order ID, seller link, selected colour and size.
- Save the QC completion time and any displayed return deadline.
- Mark the photo showing the problem and describe its location.
- Compare the received option with the option you ordered.
- Keep tags, seals, accessories and packaging intact while asking for instructions.
For a sizing concern, state the actual measurement and how it was taken. “Too small” is less useful than a clear comparison between the listing chart and the same garment dimension. Our measurement guide explains that distinction.
Ask for the cost before proceeding
The return policy distinguishes quality-related issues from a change of mind and describes return-related charges. Return delivery and handling can also affect the refund.
Ask for an itemised amount and currency for your request. Our suggested comparison is the amount recoverable after all deductions, alongside the cost of any replacement order. Do not assume that replacing an item automatically transfers the old order’s price or delivery charge.
Confirm where the refund goes
Published refund descriptions differ between an account-balance credit and a refund to the original payment method. We have not confirmed which description applies to every transaction.
Ask support to identify the destination, any separate withdrawal step and the expected processing stage for your payment. A return request, seller acceptance and a completed payment refund are separate things to verify.
If you have already received the parcel
Use the parcel’s after-sales process rather than assuming the warehouse return window applies. Prepare an explanation and product and packaging photos. The applicable timing varies with the circumstances; contact support promptly and confirm the applicable deadline.
Our suggested message template:
Order or parcel ID: [ID]. The problem is [specific issue], shown in [photo]. I noticed it on [date]. Please confirm eligibility, the next step, all charges, the deadline and the refund destination before I proceed.
Send this through the official account channel. Keep payment details and personal delivery information out of public discussions.
